If you feel like you’re working 24/7 in your business, you might be missing time leverage.
💡 Time leverage is how much time you can spend outside of your business before the revenue dries out.

I see 3 levels of time leverage:
Level 1️⃣: $X/hour
When you charge hourly, your time leverage is basically zero:
The moment you stop working, you stop getting paid.
And it’s scary, so on this level, people are usually terrified to take a day off.
There’s also no room to scale, as you can’t work 40-hour days.
Level 2️⃣: $X/Project
To grow your time leverage, you start charging per project.
Then, your goal is to speed up your work by building systems and automations without losing the quality of the output.
A great example is productizing your services.
Defined scope.
Defined outcome.
Defined price.
Plus, it gets easier to delegate.
On this level, you can take a few days off without any revenue drop.
Scaling becomes a little easier too.
Level 3️⃣: Online courses and cohorts
The highest level of time leverage is separating your revenue from the time spent on delivery entirely.
You create something once and sell it many times.
My favorite type is online courses.
They help you package your deep expertise into a valuable product that doesn’t require separate delivery for each course sold.
I will never say it’s “easy money.” Because it’s not.
(And everyone who says otherwise is selling their agenda).
But online courses bring scalability to an entirely different level.
(And no, they’re not dead if you know how to launch and create them the right way.)
💬 So now, an honest question:
How much time leverage do you actually have right now?
If you’re stuck at Level 1, maybe it’s time to think about Level 2.
And if you’re at Level 2, you already know what Level 3 unlocks.
